Over the last 2 decades, I have run a number of businesses, and I have experienced the highest of highs and lowest of lows. I have learnt a lot about some of the limitations and challenges businesses face, but I have also learnt how to break through these barriers and create a more successful business.

Perhaps when you first started working on your business, you had spent hours on end putting pen to paper and mapping out your business plan, objectives, financial goals and future prospects for the next 5, 10 or 20 years.
And now you look at the current state of your business and you wonder, “Where did I go wrong?” 

In no way did you anticipate that you would be in this predicament and struggling to accomplish what you set out to achieve when you first started the business. Had you known then what you know now, you would have probably travelled on a completely different road and saved yourself the frustration that you are experiencing now.

But it’s too late for you to take a detour. There’s no turning back now, and you have worked too hard to let your business fall through the cracks. You have invested way too much time, energy and money into keeping your business afloat for this long for you to give up while you are dragging your feet towards the finish line.
